Parns is an ex-member of the Korvosan Guard and works with Verik Vancaskerkin at All the World’s Meat. He his a broad-shouldered man with long sideburns whose sadism appears to fit in just fine with his new job as a butcher.

He was killed by Sav, Shakro and Twitch during the raid on the All the World’s Meat and his body dropped off at the Korvosan Guard.
