Giggles was a sadistic half-orc enforcer and quartermaster of Gaedren Lamm and his Little Lamm’s. His nickname comes from his habit of constantly giggling and the hysterical glee he gains from exerting physical violence.

He was left for dead at the Old Fishery, Gaedren’s last base of operation.
