Cabbagehead was an ogrekin simpleton and henchman of the evil necromancer Rolth in his lair in the Dead Warrens below the Gray District.

He died defending Rolth‘s lair, whom he considered his “daddy”, against the intrusion of Twitch, Sav, and Shakro on their quest to retrieve a missing Shoanti youth’s dead body.
